We also ask while visiting for the salon: *Refrain from touching anything that is not essential (if you’d like to make a product purchase let your stylist know so she can assist you)
*Please use the restroom prior to coming so we can minimize restroom usage to employees and emergencies. We understand some things are unavoidable so don't worry in the event you need to. We just want to minimize usage as much as possible.
Here are some helpful details about obtaining an appointment: If you had an appointment between March 19th to June 7th that was missed the stylist whom the appointment was with will be in touch with you to reschedule. We have made a list of missed appointments in date order to prioritize customers in the order in which the appointments were missed. We understand and greatly apologize that some customers may have a long wait time to re-book; the stylists have hundreds of missed appointments. We appreciate your patience as we attempt to re-schedule in the fairest way possible.
If you have not heard from your stylist and would like to confirm you are on their list of customers to call please email: email@example.com and we will let you know if you are on the list.
If you did not miss an appointment but would like to get on a call list email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add you to the list. Once all missed appointments are rescheduled we will be happy to book new appointments.
We will continue to keep the cleanliness of the facility top priority as you’ve come to know and expect. Extra precautions to keep high traffic areas and point of sale terminals safe and sanitized will be implemented. All salon stations and tools will be sanitized between customers.
